Matthew Hughes is a 20 year old singer/songwriter from Canton, Georgia who is currently attending Middle Tennessee State University for Songwriting. He primarily plays folk music inspired by Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, and Noah Kahan. Matthew's biggest priority in music is lyricism and emotion and he always makes his songs very personal to him. He is a founder and songwriter for the band Cardinal West, a Canton-based folk-rock band.
